movemanSKG has supplied Wanis Cash & Carry, the leading Afro-Caribbean food distributor, with one of its best selling products, the ISO-A dumb-waiter service lift. Used to move high-value stock between the storeroom and shop floor, it increases security and cuts manual handling at Wanis Cash & Carry's London facility.

Wanis Cash & Carry offers an exotic range of food and beverages, and imports products from countries as far as Jamaica, Barbados and South Africa. It also exports major UK brands, such as Golden Wonder, Just Juice and Heinz, to foreign markets. With over 100 employees and a £30m annual turnover, the business is thriving.

The ISO-A service lift at Wanis Cash & Carry has two stops and travels nearly 3m. Positioned at working height for convenient loading and unloading, it features simple, ergonomic controls. The lift means that Wanis Cash & Carry can replenish stock quickly and efficiently, keeping up with high customer demands.

movemanSKG's ISO-A is a dumb-waiter, often used by pub and restaurant kitchens to deliver food to the dining area. It lifts up to 300kg and features position indicators on each landing station. Made from folded stainless steel or galvanized steel sheets, the lift car is strong and durable. The ISO-A has the option of bi-parting, single or doubled hinged doors, and comes with two inclusive service visits in the first year of ownership.
